By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or book any Travel Services through our platform.

We may revise these Terms at any time at our discretion. Your continued use of our services following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

Definitions

  • “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to FaresoDeal, the provider of the services outlined in these Terms.

  • “Our Service” encompasses our websites, mobile applications, and online tools that facilitate travel bookings.

  • “Travel Provider” refers to the entities supplying Travel Services, such as airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, or other travel-related vendors, through our platform.

  • “Travel Services” include flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related experiences offered via our platform.

  • “You” refers to the individual accessing our services or booking Travel Services through FaresoDeal.

Section 1: Rules and Restrictions

In addition to these Terms, your booking is subject to the specific terms and conditions set by the Travel Provider, collectively referred to as “Rules and Restrictions.” These may include, but are not limited to, payment requirements, refund policies, penalties, usage limitations, and availability conditions.

When you book through FaresoDeal, you agree to comply with the applicable Rules and Restrictions of the chosen Travel Provider. These Rules and Restrictions will be made available to you prior to finalizing your booking and are incorporated into these Terms.

Failure to adhere to a Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions may result in:

  • Cancellation of your booking.

  • Denial of access to the applicable Travel Service.

  • Forfeiture of any payments made.

  • Liability for any costs incurred by FaresoDeal or the Travel Provider due to your non-compliance.

It is your responsibility to carefully review and understand the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions before completing your booking.

1.1 Free Cancellation Policy

For bookings made in the United States, you may cancel without any penalty within 24 hours of purchase, provided the scheduled departure is at least 7 days (168 hours) from the booking date.

For bookings made in Canada, you may cancel without penalty until 11:59 PM EST on the day the booking was made, regardless of the departure date.

Section 2: Using Our Service

2.1 Purpose and Permitted Use

FaresoDeal provides its online platform (“Service”) to help you explore information about various Travel Services and facilitate related bookings. The Service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

By using our Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

  • You will use our Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

  • All information you provide is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

  • If booking for others, you will secure their consent beforehand, inform them of all relevant terms (including Rules and Restrictions), ensure their agreement, and take responsibility for any payments, modifications, cancellations, or other issues related to the booking.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Make bookings that are false or fraudulent.

  • Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) or manual methods to access, copy, or monitor our Service without our explicit consent.

  • Circumvent security measures or disrupt the functionality of our Service.

  • Place excessive strain on our infrastructure.

  • Deep-link, “frame,” “mirror,” or integrate any part of our Service into another website without our prior written approval.

2.3 Access and Changes

FaresoDeal reserves the right to deny access to our Service at any time for any lawful reason, at our sole discretion. We may also enhance, alter, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time without prior notice.

2.4 Account Management

To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and follow the instructions provided on our Service. Your FaresoDeal account credentials may grant access to certain affiliated platforms or services we own or operate. When using these affiliated services, their respective terms and conditions will apply.

To delete your account, follow the account deletion process outlined on our Service. For details on your privacy rights, including data access or deletion requests, please refer to our

2.5 How We Display Search Results

FaresoDeal aims to deliver search results tailored to your needs. Our default sorting prioritizes relevance to help you find the best options quickly. You may customize results using filters or sorting options (e.g., by price, guest ratings, or other preferences). Occasionally, paid listings—clearly marked as “Ad” or a similar label—may appear in your search results, distinct from other travel options.

2.6 Third-Party Booking Platforms

Our Service may direct you to third-party booking platforms (e.g., for car rentals or other services). Bookings made through these platforms are agreements between you and the third party, not FaresoDeal. We are not responsible for such bookings and bear no liability for them. The third party’s terms and conditions will govern your rights and their obligations.

Section 3: Booking Confirmation

Once you make a booking with us, we will send you a booking confirmation to your provided email address. This email will also contain some essential details for your reference, such as the Travel Service(s) description and pricing. If you don’t receive a booking confirmation within 24 hours of making a reservation, please contact us for the reference.

Section 4: Payments

4.1 Price

The price of all Travel Service(s) will be as shown on our Service, except in some cases of obvious errors. Prices can, however, vary, so be aware that any changes made after booking is confirmed generally won’t affect your existing reservation. However, if we discover a pricing error, we might:

  • Offer you an option to help you proceed with your bookings at the right price, or

  • Cancel your reservations without a penalty.

FaresoDeal has no obligation to honor any incorrect or lower price if the error should have been apparent to you.

4.2 Taxes

Prices on our Service may include taxes or tax recovery charges, such as VAT (value added tax), sales tax, or occupancy tax. These taxes may be calculated based on the original cost of travel services before any discounts, unless a discounted price is deemed applicable for tax purposes.

The responsibility for collecting and submitting taxes to the relevant authorities varies by region. In most cases, the travel service providers are accountable for remitting the required taxes. The actual tax amount may vary depending on the timing, location, and applicable tax regulations. Additionally, you may be liable for specific local taxes, such as city or tourism taxes, which may be collected by either FaresoDeal or the travel provider. Where possible, we will inform you of any such local taxes prior to finalizing your booking.

Please be aware that tax rates and amounts owed may change between the booking date and the travel date. If the tax rate increases before you use the travel service, you may need to pay the additional amount at the updated rate.

4.3 Payment Processing

For certain travel services, such as bundled packages (as outlined in our Terms of Service), your payment may be processed in multiple transactions, potentially appearing as charges from different entities on your payment statement. However, the total of these charges will not exceed the overall cost of the booked travel services.

When payments are processed at the time of booking in the local currency relevant to our platform, the entity handling your payment (via a third-party payment processor) will be determined by the location associated with our service.

Regardless of the general governing law provisions in our Terms of Service, if a payment is processed by one of our affiliated entities based on your location, the laws of that entity’s jurisdiction will apply to the payment transaction.

4.4 Payment Verification

By booking with us, you authorize FaresoDeal or the relevant travel provider to:

  • Verify your selected payment method through methods such as pre-authorization, charging a small fee, or other verification processes.

  • Upon successful verification, charge the full booking amount to your payment method.

4.5 Bank and Card-Issuer Fees

Your bank or card issuer may apply additional fees for international or cross-border transactions. For instance, if you use a payment card issued in a different country from the travel provider’s location or select a currency other than the platform’s local currency, your card issuer may impose international or cross-border fees.

Some banks and card issuers also charge fees for currency conversion. If the booking currency differs from your payment card’s currency, your issuer may convert the amount and apply a conversion fee. For questions about these fees or the exchange rates applied, please contact your bank or card issuer. FaresoDeal is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or any fees charged by your card issuer.

4.6 Currency Conversion

Currency conversion rates shown on our platform are based on publicly available data and current exchange rates, which may vary between the time of booking and travel. While we aim to provide accurate and current information, FaresoDeal cannot guarantee the precision of these conversion rates, as they are subject to external factors beyond our control.

4.7 Alternative Payment Methods

We may collaborate with third-party providers to offer alternative payment options, such as consumer finance companies, to enhance your payment flexibility. FaresoDeal does not endorse or recommend any specific alternative payment provider and is not liable for their content, actions, or omissions. Using alternative payment methods is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of the respective provider.

4.8 Fraud Prevention

If a booking or account shows signs of potential fraud, abuse, involvement with government-sanctioned individuals or entities, or other suspicious activity, we may request additional information from you.

If we reasonably determine that a booking or account is linked to fraudulent or suspicious behavior, or government-sanctioned individuals or entities, we may:

  • Cancel any bookings associated with your name, email address, or account.

  • Terminate any related accounts.

  • Pursue legal action, including seeking compensation for any losses incurred.

If you believe your booking was canceled or your account was closed in error, please contact our support team for assistance.

4.9 Payment Authorization, Terms, and Conditions for FaresoDeal

By engaging with FaresoDeal’s services, you agree to the following terms concerning payment authorization and travel arrangements:

4.9.1 Payment Authorization

You grant FaresoDeal permission to utilize the payment details you provide to process transactions directly with the relevant travel suppliers for your confirmed travel plans. You confirm that you are an authorized user of the payment method and agree not to contest the charges with your payment provider, provided the transaction complies with the terms of this agreement.

4.9.2 Review and Accountability

You verify that all travel details, including your itinerary, have been thoroughly reviewed and are correct. Any modifications to your travel plans after confirmation may result in additional costs.

You understand that FaresoDeal operates as a travel agency, not a direct provider (e.g., airline or hotel), and dissatisfaction with services provided by suppliers does not justify canceling payment.

4.9.3 Cancellation and Modification Terms

By authorizing payment, you accept the cancellation policies applicable to all elements of your travel arrangements.

FaresoDeal is not liable for cancellation fees or voucher policies enforced by third-party suppliers. These fees remain valid even if a chargeback is initiated.

4.9.4 Travel Documentation and Obligations

You are responsible for securing valid and current travel documents, such as passports, visas, and other necessary identification. Any issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation are your sole responsibility.

You agree to follow airline check-in protocols, including arriving at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled flight. Failure to check in on time may lead to denied boarding at your expense.

4.9.5 Payment Deadlines and Responsibilities

You agree to meet all payment deadlines tied to your booking. Failure to make final payments on time may result in the loss of your deposit and potential cancellation of your reservation. Service fees charged by FaresoDeal are non-refundable and not subject to chargebacks.

4.9.6 Electronic Agreement and Binding Contract

Submitting this agreement electronically (e.g., via email or online forms) is equivalent to signing it in person.

You acknowledge that FaresoDeal may pursue legal action to enforce contractual terms if a chargeback is initiated to evade agreed-upon fees. In such cases, you will be responsible for all related cancellation fees, legal fees, and costs incurred by FaresoDeal.

4.9.7 Privacy and Data Handling

By using FaresoDeal’s services, you consent to the use of your personal information as needed to arrange and facilitate your travel plans. This information may be shared with third parties directly involved in your travel, such as airlines, hotels, or transportation providers.

FaresoDeal is not responsible for how third parties handle your personal information after it has been shared as required for your travel services.

By proceeding with your booking and payment authorization, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to FaresoDeal’s Terms and Conditions.

Section 5: Cancelling or Modifying a Booking

5.1 Cancellation or Modification by You

To cancel or amend a booking (e.g., changes to travel dates, destinations, accommodations, or transportation), please contact us via www.faresodeal.com.

You do not have an automatic right to cancel or modify your booking unless allowed by the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions, which will be provided before you finalize your booking. Travel Providers may impose fees for cancellations (full or partial) or modifications, as outlined in their policies. 

You agree to cover any applicable fees. Note that modifying your booking may result in different pricing, which could be higher than the original rate, especially if changes are made close to your travel date.

For example:

  • Failing to cancel or modify a hotel booking within the property’s designated cancellation period may result in applicable cancellation or change fees.

  • Some properties prohibit any changes or cancellations after the booking is confirmed.

  • For “Pay Later” bookings, failing to show up or cancel in accordance with the property’s policy may incur no-show or cancellation fees.

  • If you do not utilize all or part of the booked travel services, refunds will depend on the applicable Rules and Restrictions.

  • For bookings involving multiple travelers, cancellation fees may apply to each traveler individually.

  • If a Travel Provider permits a cancellation or change, FaresoDeal may charge an administrative fee, which you will be notified of before finalizing the cancellation or modification.

5.2 Other Cancellations or Modifications

Your booking may be canceled if full payment or any required cancellation/modification fees are not received by the due date.

In rare cases, Travel Providers or FaresoDeal may need to cancel or alter a booking due to circumstances such as overbooking or unexpected events (e.g., property closures due to extreme weather). In such instances, we will strive to notify you promptly, offer suitable alternatives when feasible, or process a refund.

5.3 Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Refunds will be processed by the party that received your payment. FaresoDeal does not have insight into the Travel Provider’s refund processing timelines. Fees charged by FaresoDeal are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated during the booking process.

Section 6: Travel Service-Specific Terms for FaresoDeal

This section details specific terms that apply depending on the type of Travel Service you book through FaresoDeal. These terms complement, but do not supersede, the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions, which are provided before you complete your booking. In case of any discrepancies, the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions take precedence.

6.1 Stays (Hotels, Accommodations)

At www.faresodeal.com, you may have the option to choose between “Pay Now” or “Pay Later” for accommodations. Room rates, including applicable taxes and fees, are clearly displayed. Note that tax rates and currency exchange rates may fluctuate between the booking date and your stay.

6.1.1 Pay Now

If you select “Pay Now,” FaresoDeal or its authorized payment processor will typically charge your payment method at the time of booking. The total amount includes the room rate, tax recovery charges, service fees, and any applicable taxes related to the room or services. By confirming your booking, you authorize FaresoDeal to arrange payment with the Travel Provider on your behalf.

6.1.2 Pay Later

If you choose “Pay Later,” the Travel Provider will generally charge your payment method upon check-in or as per the property’s payment policies, which will be communicated during booking.

6.1.3 Deposits at Check-In

Some properties may require a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover incidental charges. This deposit is separate from any payments made to FaresoDeal for the booking.

6.1.4 No-Show Policies

If you fail to arrive for the first night of your reservation but intend to use subsequent nights, you must notify FaresoDeal in advance. Failure to do so may lead to the cancellation of your entire booking, subject to the property’s no-show policies.

6.1.5 Group Bookings

You may not book more than eight (8) rooms at the same property for the same dates through www.faresodeal.com. Exceeding this limit may result in FaresoDeal canceling your bookings and potentially charging a cancellation fee. For bookings of more than eight rooms, contact us for group booking options, which may require a signed contract or a non-refundable deposit.

6.1.6 Property Ratings

Property ratings serve as general guidance based on local or national standards and may not align with expectations from your home country. FaresoDeal does not guarantee the accuracy of these ratings.

6.1.7 Meals

If your stay includes meals, the number of meals typically corresponds to the number of nights booked. Full board generally includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while half board usually includes breakfast and one additional meal. No refunds are provided for unused meals.

6.2 Flights

Your flight booking agreement is directly with the airline (Travel Provider). Flight prices and availability are confirmed only after payment is processed and tickets are issued.

6.2.1Low-Cost Flights

Some low-cost airlines may list prices in a currency different from your payment method’s currency. While FaresoDeal may provide estimated conversions to your local currency, the final amount charged may vary due to exchange rates or additional bank/card issuer fees.

6.2.2 Changes and Cancellations of Low-Cost Flights

Certain low-cost airlines may require you to manage changes or cancellations directly with them. FaresoDeal may not be informed of changes or cancellations made directly with the airline, so retain all related documentation and communications.

6.2.3 Site Redirection

When booking through www.faresodeal.com, you may occasionally be redirected to an airline’s website to finalize your booking and payment. In such cases, your contract is directly with the airline, and FaresoDeal is not responsible for bookings completed on the airline’s website.

6.2.4 Flight Terms and Conditions

By booking flights through www.faresodeal.com, you agree to the following:

  • Airline Schedule Changes: Airlines may alter or cancel flights due to reasons such as technical issues or weather conditions. If notified by the airline, FaresoDeal will inform you and assist with available options. Always verify your flight’s departure time before travel.

  • Seating Arrangements: Seat assignments are managed by the airline, and FaresoDeal cannot guarantee specific seats, even if pre-selected.

  • Round-trip Requirements: If you do not use the outbound portion of a round-trip ticket, the airline may cancel the return flight without a refund.

  • Charter and Special Flights: Information about operating airlines, schedules, aircraft types, itineraries, and stops is provided as guidance and may change. Review the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions before booking.

  • Additional Airline Fees: Some airlines charge extra for services like baggage, meals, or seat selection. Unless bookable through FaresoDeal, these fees are for informational purposes only and subject to change by the airline.

  • Child Travelers: You must adhere to the airline’s policies for child passengers. Children over two (2) years old on the return date require a child-fare return ticket. Some airlines may not refund seat charges if the child’s age and ticket type do not align. Unaccompanied minors and other child travel restrictions follow the airline’s terms.

  • Hazardous Materials: Carrying hazardous materials in luggage or on your person is generally prohibited during air travel.

6.2.5 Combined One-Way Tickets

When available, FaresoDeal may offer the option to book two one-way tickets instead of a round-trip ticket for added flexibility or cost savings. Each one-way ticket is subject to its own Rules and Restrictions. If one flight is changed or canceled, you may need to adjust the other at your own expense. FaresoDeal will clarify if you are booking separate one-way tickets to help you make an informed decision.

6.2.6 Air Miles and Vouchers

Frequent flyer miles, loyalty program vouchers, or similar credits cannot be redeemed through www.faresodeal.com. Contact our customer service team for further details.

6.2.7 Operating Airlines

A flight may occasionally be operated by a different airline than the one shown at booking. The operating airline will be indicated during the booking process, and your payment statement will reflect charges from the airline issuing the ticket.

6.2.8 No-Show or Cancellation for Flights

If you miss a flight (no-show) or cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a refund of specific airport taxes or fees included in your fare. Contact FaresoDeal to initiate such a refund request, which we will submit to the airline on your behalf.

6.2.9 Airline Liability

Airline liability for issues like personal injury, death, or other losses is governed by applicable laws, international treaties, and the airline’s Rules and Restrictions.

6.3 Car Rentals

6.3.1 Payment and Requirements

For some car rental bookings, payment may be collected by the Travel Provider, not FaresoDeal.

At pickup, the named driver must present a valid credit card accepted by the Travel Provider. Debit cards are typically not accepted. The Travel Provider may place a hold on your credit card as a deposit, so ensure you have sufficient credit available. Certain vehicle types may require two credit cards.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the Travel Provider refusing to release the vehicle, and you may be charged up to the full rental cost per their Rules and Restrictions.

6.3.2 Additional Charges

Additional fees (e.g., fuel, snow tires, additional driver fees, young driver surcharges, child seats, or delivery/collection fees) may be payable directly to the Travel Provider at the rental location. FaresoDeal is not responsible for these charges, and optional extras are subject to availability.

An insurance excess may apply in cases of vehicle theft or damage, varying by Travel Provider and location. Optional local insurance can reduce or eliminate this excess, but FaresoDeal does not provide this coverage.

Unless otherwise agreed, you must return the vehicle to the same location where it was picked up.

6.3.3 Collection and Use of Rental Cars

Drivers are typically required to be between 21 and 75 years old, though this may vary. Additional fees may apply for younger or older drivers. A valid driver’s license, possibly an international driving permit, and other documentation (e.g., passport, proof of address) may be required at pickup. Restrictions on traveling outside the rental country or via ferry may apply.

6.3.4 Cancellations and Unused Days

No refunds are available for cancellations made within six (6) hours of the scheduled pickup time or for unused rental days.

6.4 Cruises

Certain cruise Travel Providers may require you to sign a liability waiver before participating in the cruise or related activities.

6.5 Things to Do (Activities, Tours, Events)

Some Travel Providers offering activities, tours, or events may require a liability waiver before participation. These bookings are generally non-transferable and non-refundable unless canceled by the Travel Provider. Changes are typically not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the Travel Provider.

6.6 Packages

A “Package” refers to booking multiple Travel Services together (e.g., a flight and hotel) through www.faresodeal.com at the same time. Each service within a Package is subject to its own Rules and Restrictions, in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions, the latter will prevail.

Section 7: International Travel and Post-Ticketing Terms for FaresoDeal

7.1 International Travel

7.1.1 International Travel Risks

Traveling to certain international destinations may carry inherent risks. Prior to booking and embarking on your trip, review all relevant travel warnings and advisories issued by government authorities. Continue monitoring these advisories throughout your journey to stay informed and reduce potential disruptions.

7.1.2 Health Requirements

Ensure you are aware of recommended and mandatory vaccinations or health precautions, which may change without notice. Consult a healthcare professional before traveling. You are responsible for complying with all health-related entry requirements, obtaining necessary vaccinations, taking prescribed medications, and adhering to medical guidance for your destination.

7.1.3 Passport and Visa

You are responsible for securing a valid passport, visa, and any other required travel documentation. Requirements may differ by destination and are subject to change, so verify them with the appropriate embassies or consulates well in advance of your departure. FaresoDeal is not liable if you are denied boarding or entry into a country due to inadequate or missing documentation.

Some governments may require airlines or cruise lines to collect and share passenger information. For clarification, contact the airline or cruise provider directly.

FaresoDeal does not guarantee that international travel is without risk and is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from travel to specific destinations.

7.2 Post-Ticketing Service Fees and Related Terms

At FaresoDeal, we recognize that travel plans may need adjustments for various reasons. Our Post-Ticketing Service Fees (“Service Fees”) apply when you request changes to your travel arrangements after tickets have been issued. These fees cover the additional time, resources, and administrative efforts required to handle cancellations, refunds, modifications, or other post-purchase requests. 7.3 Scope of Application

Post-Ticketing Service Fees apply to any modifications or actions taken on an existing reservation after the ticket has been issued. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, changes, refunds, revalidations, reissues, name corrections, special service requests, and securing future travel credits.

7.4 General Principles

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All Post-Ticketing Service Fees charged by FaresoDeal are non-refundable, regardless of the request’s outcome, due to the administrative costs incurred upon processing the request.

  • Additional to Provider Charges: FaresoDeal’s Service Fees are separate from any fare differences, penalties, taxes, or charges imposed by airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, or other Travel Providers.

  • Subject to Change: Fees may change without prior notice. The fees applicable at the time of your request will apply.

  • Per-Passenger, Per-Ticket Basis: Service Fees are charged for each passenger and each ticket involved in the request.

7.5 Airline Refunds and Future Credits

  • FaresoDeal Administration: FaresoDeal charges a per-passenger, per-ticket Service Fee for processing refund or credit requests, in addition to any penalties imposed by the airline.

  • Refund Authorization: A refund is only available if all the following conditions are met:

  • The airline’s fare rules permit cancellation and refunds.

  • FaresoDeal has received and agreed to process your refund request.

  • You are not classified as a “no show” (i.e., you did not fail to appear for your flight or trip without prior notice or cancellation).

  • The airline or Travel Provider has granted any required waivers or authorizations for the refund.

7.6 Additional Fees and Taxes

  • Government-Imposed Taxes and Fees: Taxes, duties, and airport charges imposed by governments may vary. You are responsible for the final total amount displayed or quoted at the time of booking or by one of our agents. If your request involves re-issuing or re-booking a ticket, any differences in applicable taxes or fees will be added to your total cost.

  • Changes in Exchange Rates: For international tickets or travel involving multiple currencies, exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount payable.

7.7 Non-Refundable Tickets

  • Limited Refund Opportunities: Most airline and cruise line tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only possible if permitted by the airline’s fare rules. Even in such cases, the airline may deduct penalties or administrative fees, and FaresoDeal’s Service Fees will still apply.

  • No Show Considerations: If you are marked as a “no show,” the airline or cruise line typically denies refunds or credits. FaresoDeal’s Service Fees for attempting to secure a refund or credit remain non-refundable.

7.8 Special Services and Additional Requests

  • Case-by-Case Review: Requests for special assistance (e.g., medical exemptions, special meal requests, seat upgrades, name corrections, or similar services) are reviewed individually and are subject to the airline’s or Travel Provider’s policies and discretion.

  • Special Service Fees: FaresoDeal charges a Service Fee at the time of your request. If the airline or Travel Provider denies your request, only the fees charged by FaresoDeal for that specific request are non-refundable. Note that the airline or Travel Provider may not refund their own charges.

  • Documentation and Communication: You may need to provide medical certificates, supporting documents, or additional information for the airline or Travel Provider to consider your request.

7.9 Changes and Cancellations

  • Airline Fare Rules: Each airline has unique fare rules governing eligibility for changes or cancellations, which may include deadlines, penalties, blackout dates, or other restrictions.

  • Disclosure of Fees: FaresoDeal will inform you of applicable Service Fees, airline-imposed penalties, and fare differences before finalizing your request. You must approve these charges in advance.

  • Increased Fare Differences: If your requested change results in a more expensive itinerary (due to higher fares, taxes, or fees), you must pay the difference plus the applicable Service Fees.

7.10 Payment and Processing

  • Payment Due at Request: FaresoDeal requires payment of all applicable Service Fees before processing your request. Accepted payment methods are displayed on our website or communicated by our agents at the time of your request.

  • Processing Times: While we aim to process requests promptly, response times may vary depending on the itinerary’s complexity, airline processing times, and waiver approvals. Delays caused by the Travel Provider do not affect FaresoDeal’s Service Fees.

7.11 No Guarantees of Outcome

  • Approval by Providers: FaresoDeal cannot guarantee that requests for refunds, credits, waivers, or modifications will be approved by the airline or Travel Provider. Our role is limited to facilitating communication and transactions between you and the Travel Provider.

  • No Refund of Service Fees for Unapproved Requests: If the Travel Provider denies your request, you remain responsible for FaresoDeal’s non-refundable Service Fees.

7.12 Limitations of Liability

  • Indirect or Consequential Loss: FaresoDeal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, refusals, or the Travel Provider’s policies regarding refunds, credits, or changes.

  • Compliance with Policies: You are responsible for reviewing all applicable airline or Travel Provider fare rules, restrictions, and regulations.

Section 8: Additional Terms and Conditions – Fare Selection, Add-Ons, and Liability for FaresoDeal

8.1 Fare Selection and Add-Ons

These terms govern optional services offered during the booking process and serve as an extension of FaresoDeal’s general Terms and Conditions.

8.1.1 Fare Selection Options

a. Standard Ticket (Free)
  • Does not include waived fees for changes, cancellations, seat selection, or upgrades.

  • Changes and cancellations are subject to FaresoDeal’s and the airline’s applicable fees and penalties.

  • Seat selection and upgrades may be available for an additional cost.

b. Flexible Ticket (FlexiFY - $49.99 per traveler)

By selecting the Flexible Ticket, customers receive:

  • Waived Change Service Fees: You only pay the airline’s penalty and fare difference for itinerary changes, as per their policy. FaresoDeal’s service fee is waived to facilitate a more cost-effective rebooking process.

  • Reduced Cancellation Service Fees: Cancellation penalties are minimized per airline policy, with FaresoDeal’s service fee either waived or reduced.

  • Seat Selection: Complimentary seat selection at check-in, subject to the fare policy. Premium seats may incur additional charges.

  • Upgrades at No Fees: Complimentary upgrades may be offered based on airline availability and policies, though premium cabin upgrades are not guaranteed.

  • Important: FlexiFY benefits apply only to the initial booking made through FaresoDeal, are non-refundable, and non-transferable once purchased.

8.2 Optional Add-Ons

8.2.1 Price Drop Protection ($20 per traveler)

  • Eligible for refunds only if the base airfare (excluding taxes and fees) decreases within 24 hours of booking.

  • Refunds are automatically processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Price drop protection must be selected at booking and cannot be added later.

  • Limited to one claim per traveler per booking.

8.2.2 Automatic Check-In ($10 per traveler)

  • Automatically checks you in as soon as permitted by the airline (typically 24 hours before departure).

  • Boarding passes are sent to the email address provided during booking.

  • Automatic check-in depends on airline systems and may not function if special services are requested (e.g., wheelchair assistance or traveling with infants).

  • FaresoDeal is not responsible for boarding issues caused by incorrect or incomplete traveler information.

8.3 General Conditions for Add-Ons and Fare Upgrades

  • All add-ons and fare upgrades are optional, non-refundable after booking confirmation, and apply only to the specific booking for which they were purchased.

  • In the event of booking modifications or airline-initiated changes, the value of add-ons or fare differences will not be refunded or credited.

  • FaresoDeal reserves the right to cancel or deny add-on services if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

  • In case of a system failure preventing an add-on from functioning (e.g., check-in failure), contact FaresoDeal’s support team before departure for manual assistance.

  • By submitting post-ticketing requests through www.faresodeal.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Post-Ticketing Service Fee Terms and Conditions.

Section 9: Liability

9.1 Our Liability

FaresoDeal operates www.faresodeal.com (“our Service”), through which Travel Providers offer various Travel Services. FaresoDeal does not directly provide these Travel Services; the Travel Providers are solely responsible for their offerings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 

FaresoDeal will not be liable for:

  • Any Travel Services provided by Travel Providers.

  • Any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence by Travel Providers.

  • Any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other losses or expenses resulting from Travel Services or Travel Providers’ conduct.

Travel Providers supply the information displayed on our Service, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and Rules and Restrictions, and are responsible for ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. FaresoDeal is not liable for inaccuracies in this information unless directly caused by FaresoDeal’s actions. Property ratings, photos, and illustrations on our Service are provided as general guidance only.

Except as explicitly stated in these Terms and to the maximum extent permitted by law

  • All information, software, and Travel Services provided through our Service are offered without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

  • FaresoDeal does not guarantee that our Service, its servers, or emails sent from us are free of viruses or harmful components.

  • Displaying Travel Services on our Service does not imply endorsement or recommendation by FaresoDeal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaresoDeal is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Travel Services, your use of our Service, or your inability to access our Service, even if informed of the possibility of such damages.

If FaresoDeal is found liable for any loss or damage under these Terms, our liability will be limited to direct, reasonably foreseeable damages directly resulting from our actions, not exceeding the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Travel Services in question or (b) US $100 (or local currency equivalent).

Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, or communication disruptions) may suspend obligations affected by such events. During these events, neither you nor FaresoDeal will be liable for failing to meet these obligations.

9.2 Indemnity

You are solely responsible for your Submissions, which must not:

By purchasing travel insurance through FaresoDeal, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your contract is directly with Generali Insurance, not FaresoDeal.

  • FaresoDeal does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for the insurance coverage, claim process, approval, denial, or policy terms set by Generali Insurance.
